| GP Electronics was formerly based in the city of Durham, in the North East of England. In 2008, we moved the centre of our operations to Boroughbridge in the West Riding of Yorkshire. Our electronics laboratory specialises in the supply of replacement lighting ballasts. Business and sales are supervised by our new Operations Manager, Christine Hardcastle.

| The company was established in 1991 and now has over 200 customers throughout the UK. Our technical director has a BSc in Electrical Engineering and was involved in the design and development of electronic equipment for Thorn Lighting before he set up GP Electronics.
Identifying suitable replacements for often obsolete ballasts is a very specialised business and there aren't many companies in the world with our accumulated knowledge and experience. |
